Old vegetable varieties
After the practical part, the seminar continued with a presentation about the advantages and the breeeding of old vegetable varieties based on an old radish, cultivated for years by Martin Döttling (vegetable specialist at the Berufschule für Gartenbau, Floristik und Vermessungstechnik).
