After a short lunch break and a warm welcome by the representative school leader, the seminar continued with an introduction to the aspects and basic principals of urban gardening.
After a short discussion the participants were introduced to the socio-economic importance of urban gardening in the world. This interesting presentation regarding the global perspective of urban gardening was given by Dr. Michael Fendt.
